Only 3.9 km away from the historic city center you will find in a semi-detached house a cozy, bright and friendly furnished apartment. three city bus lines are in the immediate vicinity of the house (50m), with which you can reach every destination in the city at a maximum change once.

To the flat:
 You live on spacious 81m² on the first floor, where up to 6 people can be accommodated. It is a Non smoking apartment. Smokers please use the small balcony where they find the necessary utensils.

The bedroom 1 is equipped with a boxspring bed (2m x 1.80m) in addition with a couch 2m x 0.9m, a wardrobe, a desk a sideboard and a safe for your valuables and a wall-mounted TV.
The bedroom 2 can be used as a living room or as a bedroom. It is furnished as a living room with wall unit, 55 inch TV, armchairs, coffee table and writing desk. In addition a special couch with the dimensions of a normal double bed 2m x 1.80 m lying surface pleasantly soft.

Enough space for your clothes can be found in the respective bedrooms. Bed linen (2.20 x 1.55 m) is included in the price.

Holiday in the middle of Dresden and yet quiet. With the city bus (50m walk) you are in a few minutes in the center. With the city bus line 63 (50 m) you drive up to the castle Pillnitz with stopover in Loschwitz at the Blue Wonder and on the first funicular railway in Germany, which brings you up to the White Hart. The Luisenhof invites you to linger, enjoy the view of the Blue Wonder and the city before you drive on to the castle.

On hot summer days, you can cool off in the natural pool Mockritz, reachable in 10 minutes on foot.
