"Overall decent, moderately priced, and the water park was small, but fun. The property, mainly the North building, has aged and needs love. There is very little information about the property while there, you'll want to specifically ask the front desk about the on site restaurant, ice locations, etc. Staff you encounter are lovely and willing to help. Get the sense management does little to support front line workers. "

"The Sky Harbor Airport Inn was exactly as described, and my stay was good. My room looked exactly like the photos, and everything worked properly. I was able to use the shuttle to and from the airport, which was really convenient and one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The employees at the front desk helped me with this, and it was easy and fast. The only negative is that the sheets smelled odd. Not bad, just had a weird smell. Otherwise, my stay was great, and I had no complaints!"

"This property was so unsafe and the room was dirty, I left and went somewhere else and they refused to give me a refund. I felt extremely unsafe to stay here and didn't want to stay overnight. It was extremely loud, the room was on the ground floor, there were drug addicts and loiterers everywhere. Located in an unsafe part of town with no gate blocking outsiders from coming onto property. There were clumps of hair in my bathroom and on the toilet paper roll. DO NOT STAY HERE. As a solo female, I would never stay in a sketchy place like this. The website and Expedia made it look like a "hotel" when it is actually a "motel." This is false advertising. And the pictures listed of the outside are misleading as well. HIGHLY UNSAFE AND DIRTY. "

"Front desk was unfriendly, keys to room didn’t twice, lobby coffee is $5.00, mediocre breakfast was $17.. free at most hotels, water in room was $2.00, no soap in shower. They vacuumed near us while we were eating dinner in the restaurant."
