"The room was good for amenities but the road noise was awful. That room shouldn't be used for customers too much traffic noise. The staff at front desk and housekeeping spoke Spanish. We are in America so English should be spoken. The staff had mexican music playing loud for background music plus Mexican TV blasting in the lobby area. That isn't acceptable. We aren't in Mexico. For a Hilton product having Spanish workers not speaking only English cheapens the product."
