"The hotel is gorgeous and extremely clean. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Communication through the front desk could use some improvement though. Spent the entire afternoon waiting for our room to be ready (a call that never came) only to find out at 5:30 that it had been ready for hours..."

We were all on different floors, I do not like that you can only use your keycard for your floor and the casino floor. So, to get to my mother's room, we had to meet on the 2nd floor and get on the elevator together so she could use her card to let us on her floor. If you have a key card, you should be able to visit other family members on any floor. You have to have a key to access the elevators and floor anyways. No microwave in the rooms very inconvenient. Makes you go spend the money on the buffet because you can warm up any outside food. outdoor pool is beautiful. "
