「We needed a central location for my daughter’s bridal shower. We could not have imagined a better place. It is beautiful and so natural. Glen was helpful and welcoming. He even came over to sweep off the expansive patio before our guests arrived and this was after he made sure everyone was awake. The house was well supplied with kitchen and dining items. The grounds were perfect - lawn chairs, picnic table, fire pit and free range chickens whose eggs we were able to enjoy. We would all stay here...

「Perfect weather for a getaway! Great location to get to get around. Cottage was perfect for us. Fire pit was great to hang out at. Went kayaking across the street. Beautiful lake. However, the access to the lake was a wee bit steep but we are in shape to handle it. All in all it was a great time!」

「The backyard was really cool! Great features. Beautiful, peaceful, and private. We did not see or hear anyone else on the property during our stay. The apartment was very nice. Cozy, clean and comfortable, perfect for two. The host, Ryan was extremely responsive and friendly. We had an amazing stay would definitely recommend!」

「We had a lovely weekend stay for a quick family get-away. The main kitchen and living area has spectacular views onto the lake as does the deck where we spent most of our time. The lake is just across the very quiet street. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, the host super responsive and the rooms very comfortable. We did not use the well equipped basement work-out and additional TV space but it looked great. Easy to get to grocery store, hikes, local attractions but honestly we just loved...

「The cabin is really cute & has wind chimes & garden art all around it that integrates so perfectly with the natural oasis it is set in. This is a great place for a nature loving couple to enjoy. Singing birds, frogs, turtles chipmunks & fish in the lake, are the only neighbors you will notice o this beautiful property. Karen is a lovely gracious host and both she and the cabin are very welcoming & charming. Its a perfect spot go to with your soulmate & reconnect with nature.」

「What a great long weekend we had! Being on the lake, looking at the lake, bbq-ing with a view of the lake - it was all lake, all the time, which is exactly what we wanted. Plus we got perfect weather. Cabin is adorable and beds are comfortable, too.」

「Spacious house, beautiful setting. Perfect set up for a reunion with friends and family. Highlights were spending quality time on the wrap around porch and making s'mores in the fire pit. Kids loved the pool and exploring the property. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!」

「Great property, very clean and host was quick to reply. We were impressed with the amenities available (most places don’t have detergent, etc) and the view was amazing! We didn’t have time to go to the dock but it looked very nice! Wish we had time to stay longer. We will definitely try to stay there again for our next family event」

「This house has an ideal location to see lots of local sites of interest in the Hyde Park and Poughkeepsie area. Easy trip from there to West Point, Hyde Park and the Culinary Institute from the location, and great restaurant, Tiramasu, is very close. The house is immaculate! The beds were very comfortable, linens were provided, the bathrooms were spacious and the five of us had plenty of room for our toiletries. The house has steps to its multiple levels for all essential rooms, not accessible....

「We had a very pleasant stay! We came for our son’s graduation from West Point. Pat was a gracious host and made sure that we had up to date info. There were lots of thoughtful amenities, the beds and couches were very comfortable, we used the grill and sat on the deck which overlooks a wooded hill.
