Welcome to our villa with numerous relaxation and leisure options. There is a heated 12-metre outdoor pool and a whirlpool that can be used all year round. For sporting activities, there is a fitness area and an infrared sauna. Three terraces, including a pool terrace, and a barbecue area invite you to linger. The surrounding area offers picturesque hiking trails and large grounds with well-tended lawns. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious living area. Further information: The heated pool (12 m x 3.5 m) is open from the beginning of April to the end of August, while the whirlpool is available all year round at a pleasant 37 degrees Celsius. The villa consists of four bedrooms, three of which are located on the top floor: - Two rooms, each with a 180x200 cm bed - One room with a 140x200 cm bed - A fourth room in the basement with natural light, equipped with two beds (140x200 cm and 180x200 cm) - A cot (playpen) is also available The house is located on a quiet hillside in a private cul-de-sac and is therefore ideal for children. The breathtaking nature in the immediate vicinity offers numerous beautiful hiking trails that enrich the overall experience. A parking space is available in the locked garage, which is connected to the house. In front of the house there is further parking for up to 4 cars belonging to the property. Further important information: - Only the persons registered at the time of booking may be present in the house and at the pool area; visitors are not permitted. A fee will be charged for unregistered guests. - The house is designed as a wellness oasis and offers a quiet and relaxing holiday. - Due to its location in a residential area, the quiet hours stipulated by the Canton of Aargau (from 12 noon to 1 p.m.) and the quiet hours at night (from 8 p.m.) must be strictly observed. - The house is only suitable for families, business people and groups of adults (30+). Youth groups are not permitted. Such bookings will be automatically cancelled without refund. - Two outdoor cameras cover the entire outdoor area, whereby only the security company has access to the recordings.
