By Hungarian standards the house was exceptional. We felt as though we were living in a very large IKEA showroom. "There were no wine glasses. It’s a wine region and you recommend suiting the vineyards, but there were no wine glasses. A light in the outside eating area would be a welcome addition and the description of towels was a little misleading. Only one towel per person. We left pepper as there wasn’t any, and at 55 forint it’s something that should have been there perhaps."

"The hotel closes at 8pm. No staff are onsite after that. You are supposed to receive a text with instructions to a lock box. I arrived 7.45pm. Staff had gone home early and the manager "forgot" to text me the lock box code. Manager did not answer the emergency phone, Expedia tried to contact the hotel, no answer to their team either. Fortunately another couple arrived and I gained admittance. A quick survey of reception I located my check in details and a room key. If arriving after 8pm I would give this hotel a miss. There is an abundance of hotels in the area"
