The Hotel is conveniently located at the where we wanted it to be. The staff went above and beyond their duties. Very friendly and super attentive. They are very well staffed for a small Hotel. We would come back again given the chance. ❤️❤️❤️

The Oriental Jade is a beautiful boutique hotel. While we there only one night, our experience was quite memorable. We checked in late and headed to the rooftop bar for a late night snack and a nightcap. The views of Hanoi and the lake were amazing. The grilled chicken skewers were very tasty and the cocktails were too. We needed to leave early morning so the staff made arrangements for us to get early access (15 minutes) for breakfast. Due to a scheduling snafu with a tour operator, we were not able to be picked up at the hotel and told to walk 5 minutes with our heavy luggage to a meeting point. Harry, the bellman, insisted that he help us and walked our large suitcases and us to the meeting point which was about 600 meters away. That is service!! Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time there, so we will definitely book at this hotel on our next visit to Hanoi.

Great hotel. The roof top bar is a cool place to hang out at night. Friendly staff.
