the property is in a very beautiful Villa and has a nice swimming pool. It was very clean property and well equipped kitchen. without any doubt we can recommend it to our friends and other travelers.

Einfach die völlig falsche Lage angegeben
Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich ganz schön, aber sie liegt weit außerhalb von Sevilla und nicht in Los Hermanos, zum Einkaufen muss man 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren.Wir wollten mit unseren Rädern Sevilla erkunden, das geht von diesem Standort aus nicht. Erschwerend kamen die heftigen Regenfälle dazu und in der Anlage stand wirklich alles unter Wasser

Hübsche Hütte mit guter Anbindung an Sevilla
Bitte unbedingt ändern: Dieses Unterkunft befindet sich nicht in Dos Hermanas, sondern in Torrepalma. Die Anlage besteht aus 4 Hütten in einer sicheren, umzäunten Anlage mit Pool, Liegen,Grillplätzen und viel Grün. Wir haben diese Einrichtungen sehr genossen. Ausgestattet war unser Häuschen mit allem, was man so braucht, die Busstation nach Sevilla ist mit dem Auto ca. 5 Min.entfernt. Leider haben wir keinen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden, aber der Kühlschrank ist riesig. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, sprach aber leider nur Spanisch.

Little paradise in a remote settlement
Four cute wooden huts within a beautifully arranged garden with swimming pool. The place is located in a remote settlement, around 20 minutes away from Sevilla by car. Be aware that it is tough to reach with public transport and that the location provided in the advertisement (Dos Hermanas) is quite off from the actual location which is near Torrepalma! Apart from that, I can really recommend this wonderful place managed by Ramon, who is a kind and honest guy (thanks for finding our sun glasses!)

Perfect for Families wanting to Visit Seville while staying cool!
The place was perfect, exactly as expected! We had three kids under the age of eight and they love the pool and were able to sleep soundly in the middle of the June heat thanks to the air condition cottages! The only thing to note is that the address listed on VRBO is different from the actual address, make sure you communicate with the owner before to get the right address, it is the same distance from Seville and is the exact same thing pictured. Google maps will bring you on an dirt road around the outside of the compound, but you should just wait for a car to pass through the mechanical gate and then follow behind. This place is inside a subdivision called urbanization Los Palmas.

Family stay 2 days
The property itself was ok, exact like on the pictures. The owner could speak only spanish. The urbanisation is however a totally fenced area, with a big entrance which needed a key. This was nowhere communicated to us, and at this entrance somebody re-directed us to another road, and google maps took us then to very strange roads. At the end we ended up at the very same fence like on the beginning. The neighbourhood looked a little bit scary, eveything under fences. But the property itself and the pool was ok. Very poor kitchen untensils, not even cups are avaialable.

Joli complexe mais mal situé
Le lieu du complexe ne correspond pas à l annonce il ne se situe pas a dos hermanas mais a 20km L endroit ou se situe le complexe est tres sale il fait presque peur. Alors que Le complexe est jolie et bien entre tenue ( piscine un peu sale manque un roboyvpour nettoyer le fond ( quelque boule de cheveux et algue blanche) Le chalet est tres sympas mais pas tres propre dras taché, sol sale, frigo a nettoyer en arrivant ( mais ce n est pas catastrofique) Il manquerai des rideaux occultant pour les fenetres ou des volets. Des ustensile de cuisines poele plus grande ( ici poele a pancake), casserole.... Mais le plus domageable est sa situation on s attend a etre a 2 hermanas et on se retrouve a cote de l aeroport. Mais sinon super complexe.

Pequeno oasis em Sevilla
Local agradável, bom para famílias com filhos. O proprietário, o Ramón, foi sempre atencioso para resolver qualquer situação menos agradável mas, no entanto, deverá criar melhores condições para o quinto hóspede e assegurar ar condicionado eficiente em todas as divisões de todas as habitações, pois o calor de Sevilla não é para brincadeiras. A piscina é óptima e proporciona convívio entre hóspedes e suas crianças. Muito boa acessibilidade a Sevilla a apenas 15/ 20 minutos por via-rápida. Existe um pequeno supermercado numa urbanização vizinha (10 minutos) que satisfaz muito bem com a diversidade de produtos, incluindo carne e fruta e pão, e um snack-bar com algumas mercearias à entrada da urbanização.

Avis mitigé du logement
Logement propre, échange avec le propriétaire très facile mais déçu de la localisation. Le logement ce trouve à 25 minutes du centre de Séville en voiture, dans une zone isolé. Le logement ne comprend pas de volets aux fenêtres. Le logement est sur un couloir aériens ce qui le rend très bruyant.

Un sitio perfecto nosotros íbamos con niños y lo pasaron genial en la piscina. La casa muy limpia y amplia no faltaba de nada. El anfitrión superamable y muy atento. Un lugar para repetir.

La cabaña es una cucada, todo nuevo y muy limpia. El entorno es muy bonito y acogedor. Zona muy tranquila. Es un sitio ideal para pasar unos días y visitar Sevilla ya que está a unos 15 minutos en coche

Es handelt sich um ein Holzhaus (wie aus den Bildern ersichtlich) auf einem in sich geschlossenen und gesicherten Area mit insgesamt 4 Häusern. Zwischen diesen ist Platz für einen Grill und auch fest installierte Bänke. Leider sind die Fenster NICHT komplett verdunkelbar. Wir waren alleine, daher kein Problem wegen der Einsicht zB in die Dusche !! am Abend. Man hängt halt im Zweifel ein Handtuch ins Fenster. Alle Häuser belegt könnte es wie auf dem Campingplatz sein. Wir haben das alleine wohnen genossen... es war herrlich!! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zu wenig für ggf. 4 Pers. In einem Topf d=15 cm lassen sich keine Nudeln für 4 Pers kochen. Auch eine Pfanne mit d = 15 cm reicht nicht für eine Bolognese. Betten 1 a / gr. Dusche /gr. Kühlschr. mit Tiefk-F. Fragen werden sofort beantwortet. Anliegen umgehend erledigt. Wir empfehlen es !
