No AC because owner was too cheap to fix. It was hotter than outside. Bathroom sink was not draing. No microwave. No ice. Only good thing is it's relatively clean and staff was helpful given the situation.

Rotterdam was just a one night stop before our flight back home and we loved it and this hotel made the difference. Super friendly and helpful staff, super comfy bed, great food nearby. And the next day they stored our luggage since our flight was not until 10pm. Will definitely be back and will look for other CitizenM in other cities i visit!
