Excellent location, you can hop around the city in walkable distances. It's easy to find car parking space after 2200, but it's really hard in day time and the parking fee is higher than other area of the city.
I recommend the hotel for traveller who want to explore this lovely city.

Clean and very nice hotel. One of the best that we have stayed at in Taiwan. Staff are adorable, helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the backyard cafe was delicious. You csn fill up your water at reception. Location is close to night market and some cute parks, and a large Carrefour, but that's about it. There are a lot of busses near by though, so it's easy to get around.
