A beautifully renovated former stable, now a comfortable home in a quiet location close to the town center. Situated in the heart of Donges (shops and restaurants within a 500m walk), 15km from the beaches of St Nazaire/St Brévin, 15km from the Brière Regional Natural Park, and 30km from Guérande/La Baule, this property is a renovated former stable with exposed stone walls (adjoining another rental property).

It features two terraces (south/west and north/east facing) and a private enclosed garden of 120m². Private parking is available on the property.

Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate lounge, separate WC, and laundry room.

First floor: three attic bedrooms (rooms 1 and 2 each have a single bed (90x190cm), room 3 has two single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together), a bathroom (bath and shower), and a separate WC.

Included equipment (upon request): cot/high chair/baby bath.

Included: bed linens and towels.

Not included: electric heating, electricity (according to current EDF rates; currently €0.20/kWh), towels.
End-of-stay cleaning fee (mandatory for business clients).
Pets allowed (€5/day/pet).
Welcome by the owner.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus, modern und sauber

Schönes renoviertes Ferienhaus im rustikalen landestypischen Stil. Gute Ausstattung, alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Die Badeorte und Strände sind schnell mit dem Wagen zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter die sich sofort kümmern.

Une maison agréable, propre et bien située

Nous avons passer 1 semaine de vacances dans la location à Donges, même si la ville de Donges est très calme, plusieurs lieux d’intérêt sont facilement accessibles en voiture (Vannes, Nantes, Port du Croisic, la Baule, Guerande…) pour avoir des sorties. La maison est bien équipée pour passer un bon séjour. Les pièces sont peu encombrées et propres. Nous avons pu venir et profiter des lieux avec nos 2 chiens et notre bébé (15 mois) une chaise haute et un lit parapluie bébé étaient mis à disposition - pensez néanmoins à prévoir le matelas de l’enfant. La galette du lit parapluie n’étant pas assez confort. C’est Audrey qui nous a accueillie et qui a fait l’état des lieux de départ. Elle s’est montré très agréable et disponible. Supers vacances!

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos: très confortable, lumineuse, propre, fonctionnelle et très calme. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et étaient très disponibles. Donges est une petite ville calme et très bien placée pour les visites et découvertes autour, nous avons passé une très belle semaine!
