「The restrooms weren’t drained when taking a shower. Water from the shower overflows the whole restroom. There were no AC in the living room which made it inconvenient for family to stay together.」

「The property itself is very spacious and clean, with the exception of malfunctioning sliding doors to the backyard/pool area, which leads to the gate to the community area in the back. This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted. The 2 restaurants on-site are closed. So are the retails/restaurants along the main street outside of the resort, made it very inconvenient when...

「Such a beautiful house. The housekeeper especially was helpful. We didn’t have access to the swimming pool, however. It was actually down the road half a kilo, and the passes they provided us didn’t work. The house had everything we needed. The only unexpected thing was that they asked for a deposit when we showed up and they wanted us to pay cash, but this wasn’t too hard to accommodate. Other than that, it was such a lovely stay close to shops and stuff and nice and private. I would...
