Graciosenea Country House

Graciosenea Country House is a restored home dating back to 1907, perfect for enjoying nature in an idyllic setting. The house features 5 guest rooms to ensure a restful stay, with breakfast included, as well as a kitchen and living areas. It is located in the Las Ventas de Donamaria neighborhood in Malerreka, 30 km from the beach, making it ideal for mountain tourism. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available right next to the house. Depending on the size of the group and if there is interest, guided tours of the area can be organized. There is indoor storage space for bicycles.

It features spacious bedrooms and living areas; it formerly housed Donamaria’s grocery and wine shop. The house features a traditional kitchen with a range hood, a working wood-burning stove, and a dining table for 12. A professional kitchen has been added, along with a washing machine, iron, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, and a 4-door refrigerator. There is a cool wine cellar with a game area, tables, and a foosball table. The main living room opens onto a large terrace; it features a fireplace, a workspace with a computer, a lounge area, as well as a piano and a stereo system.

It has 5 bedrooms, three of which have two single beds each, and the other two have double beds; the rooms are spacious and furnished in a rustic style. The house has two bathrooms, each measuring 11 square meters, with comfortable showers.
