「We were staying at hotel to attend a function elsewhere in the area. The staff were helpful and friendly and we were given an upgrade to executive suite. The check in staff member handled a situation very well when another guest interrupted during our check-in. The hotel was clean and comfortable with good facilities.」

「We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic. 」

「We had the most wonderful stay at Blackwell House in Scarva! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with every little detail thought of to make guests feel at home. The food was incredible (and plentiful!) and the rooms were spotless, cosy, and luxurious all at once. It’s one of those rare places where you can truly switch off and relax, and yet still feel utterly spoiled....

「Parking area very safe with plenty of disabled bays. Reception area busy with afternoon teas and people relaxing and socialising in the evening which gave off a good vibe. Very professional staff. Bar and tables cleared quickly and efficiently. Friendly staff. Singer on Saturday night very enjoyable. 」

「施設側の対応はとてもよかったです。しかし窓の外は隣のスーパーのゴミ処理場で朝騒がしかったです。その他買い物や洗濯など便利なところですので再度もう1ランク上のお部屋で利用したいと思います。」

「The OYO Queens Quarter hotel was a good value and a convenient place to stay. The room was clean and we had what we needed. We were able to get around by bus and foot easily. There’s a variety of restaurants and take-away nearby, which we enjoyed. 」

「I woke up early every morning and walk around, cathedral area , west belfast and so on. Time before shops open I early workers preparing and nice smiling at me also felt different face of town of course hotel staff were friendly every early morning.」
