In the hamlet Anunzo 6 km from the centre of Domodossola, 45 km from the centre of Verbania/Intra, 47 km from the centre of Locarno, on a slope, 45 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 100 m2, terraced garden (fenced), meadow, orchard. 100 m long steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road, mountain road). Public parking 200 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Domodossola" 6 km, pebble beach 47 km. Please note: car recommended. Please note: the fireplace in the living is the only heating option for the whole house (there is, however, an inlet to the bedroom).
    "Baita Anita", 2-room house 52 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 80 - 300 cm with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 french bed (160 cm). Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free).
