Thw reception staff are super friendly and that continues throughout the hotel. The location is excellent, we had s room overlooking the waterfront. The room was big and has a very comfy bed. Very generous to give us a complimentary bottle of fizz on arrival.
The breakfast was superb, lots to choose from and fresh. Staff always greeted us with a smile. We had oysters in the bar one evening which were lovely. I would definitely stay again there a couple of little things they could improve on. There was a very funky smell coming through the sink in the bathroom and for some reason, we struggled to get cold water out of the tap at times. The rooms could just do with a little update, new wallpaper, carpet, bathroom suite. The view from the window was amazing though when people walk past late at night the double glazing doesnt seem to work very well. Just a heads up if youre a light sleeper.
