Welcome to Anasa, a recently built coastal retreat nestled in the tranquil setting of Dolphin Sands.

Designed with a sleek and minimalist aesthetic, this property offers a perfect blend of style and comfort, accommodating up to four guests.

The house features two queen bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with remote-control blackout blinds to ensure privacy and a restful sleep. The bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower equipped with dual showerheads and a skylight that invites natural light and offers serene views of the open sky.

The living space is a haven of comfort and relaxation. A teardrop fireplace, available from May to September, creates a warm and inviting ambience, enhanced by dimmable lighting for cozy evenings. Year-round comfort is assured with a reverse-cycle heat pump for cooler nights and air conditioning for warm summer days.

Al fresco sliding doors open on both sides of the living area, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces while allowing the coastal breeze to flow through and providing unobstructed views of the surrounding natural beauty. Step outside to the back deck, where you can unwind or entertain with a BBQ.
Situated atop a hill, Anasa boasts breathtaking ocean views and a serene sense of seclusion. From sunrise to sunset, you can enjoy the stunning vistas from the comfort of the living room or outdoor spaces.
