場所もホテルの質も大変満足できるホテル

空港からタクシーで約１５分。イスラム美術館等の美術館にそれぞれ１０分程度の徒歩で行ける立地のよい場所にあります。ショッピングなど発展した街中に行くには、タクシーかメトロで移動する必要があるので、美術館巡りするならオススメのホテルです。ホテルのレストラン使わなかったので味はわかりません。ウェルカムドリンクを頂いたり、たいへんよいサービスでアメニティも充実してました。オリジナルのシャンプー等は残った奴を持って帰りやすいミニチューブ式で大変良かったです。値段も安く非常に満足できました。

親切なスタッフ

ホテルのスタッフはみんな親切で、協力的でした。外で買ったサンドイッチを、カフェテリアのレンジであたためてくれた。部屋の内装もかわいくて、清潔。シャワーのお湯の温度が低いのと、出が悪いのが改善されれば文句なし。

3.5星からよくて4星のホテル

自称5つ星だが3.5からよくて4つ星ホテル。チェックインしてエレベーターで上の階に行くとふかふか絨毯の廊下なので「さすがに5つ星」と思ったが、バスルームにはハンドタオルもフェイスタオルもなく大きなバスタオルだけ。シャワーを浴びて「少しぬるいな」と思った後2人目が入ると何とぬるま湯から水のようなシャワーになった。翌日朝食後部屋へ帰るとキーが開かない。何度修理してもダメなので部屋をチェンジ。この部屋の内側から掛ける鍵のドアの金具がないので役に立たない。部屋に体重計があったので使おうとした所故障で使えない。フロントに言いキーを修理してもらったスタッフにも言ったが何にも音沙汰なし。このホテルで一番気に入ったのはドアボーイ。チェックアウトしてタクシーを呼んでもらおうとしたが、ホテルの前にいなかった所ドアボーイが広い道路まで走って行って呼んで来てくれた。

Location is very nice to go Islam musium, Islam center, and Suke. Stuff is friendly, but when l changed money, the recite was printed back of anotherones passports printed paper.

瀟洒なホテル

空港からも車で20分と近く、宿泊料の割に豪華な部屋に滞在できました。早朝の出発にも関わらず、特別にルームサービスで朝食を届けてくれて、パブリックタクシーが拾えないとわかるとホテルのリムジンをタクシーと同料金で手配してくれて親切でした。ただ部屋のエアコンの音がうるさいのが唯一残念でした。

Hotel was nice and clean the room was comfy and perfect. The location is good too but catching normal taxi will take time sometimes since its not located at the main, and the hotel always try to let me use hotel taxi which cost more than doible than normal taxi. Qatar normal taxi is clean and very cheap, never cheat you because they have a meter. Better take normal taxi if you dont wanna waste your money, need to wait a bit or book the taxi in advance. The staff in reception are not much friendly. They take quite long time to check in and out.

ドーハの平均的なホテルだがまあまあ

立地もよく、スタッフも丁寧でよい。部屋もきれいで過ごしやすい。バスローブも完備。テレビ台があるのでソファでもベッドでもテレビを見られる。あと、地下駐車場から直接客室に行けるのもよい。

The room was immaculately clean, exuding a fantastic scent. The decor was well-groomed and tastefully arranged, creating a great ambiance. Throughout our stay, we felt completely safe and comfortable. The recent changes made to enhance the overall feel were superb, with new special facilities available for use. The variety of amenities provided was impressive, extra tea bags, coffee bags, and sugar. We felt well spoiled. Overall, our experience in the room was fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Would like to thank all the friendly staff for the smike and greeting, Room was so clean, groomed and well decorated. Great smell good and i like the Special scent smell starting from the elevator. changes happened which made the whole atmosphere super New special facilities are there to be used I like the kinds of amenities, you do not need to ask anything because all are available even the iron and iron board. We loved our stay to the maximum and surely we recomend you to have a brake with family or friends.

We had a great stay here and the facilities are great!! Great staff members and a big thank you to all the receptionists for making our stay great.. the security guards always made us feel safe at the front and helped us get into the hotel lifts safely. I love staying in Qatar it is so safe for women!!

Building is old, shower is above bad tub, you need to climb in(very slippery). Things need to be checked if maintenance is needed. The way things are now, the hotel is not a 5 star hotel. Its a 3 star hotel, with 6 a star staf, everybody is very helpfull and friendly.

Not Worth Staying at this Property!

Poor Room Amenities, outdated Furniture, not well kept, noisy Air Conditioner, broken furniture......etc. Poor Service (they want to charge me for ICE!) Doha has many outstanding hotels, find another one.....

The hotel is average, definitely not 5 star. Staff were very nice and the room was clean, but the furniture was kinda old and one cabinet door was falling off. The view of the corniche was absolutely amazing from the room. Unfortunately, the room didn’t have blackout curtains, which made the lights from the billboard across the street shine into the room, and that was quite annoying. Also, with a club and bar in the hotel, the elevators can get pretty busy. Lastly with the constructions around the area, you have to take a longer route to walk to the corniche.

Ok for price, but a little dissappointing.

This hotel brands itself as a 5* hotel however travellers should not expect this. While there were some positives there were also many ways this hotel disappointed me. Firstly, despite paying for a premium room they placed me in an orindary room, and after I raised this I was then moved to a different room. Additionaly, the hotel does not supply properly hot water in the bathrooms, this means showering in the cold. Also part of the shower appears broken, the handheld shower head did not work. My safety deposit box was also broken, I raised this with recepetion but it was never fixed. The breakfast did not have fresh coffee, instead guests actually needed to make their own using instant powder, and they even gave us paper cups when they ran out of proper ones. The juice was not fresh juice. Beyond this, there are a couple of night clubs/bars on site, and noise during the night could be heard in my room, and means that common areas of the hotel are filled with people who attend these type of venues. However, the location and view from the room was very good. Very close to museums and souq waqif. The quality of the bedding was good and the room was spacious. Housekeeping were very good. Staff were mostly very friendly and professional. Overall, this hotel is alright and about acceptable for the price point. However, it's simply not a 5* hotel (I've stayed in a few), but rather a reasonable 3-4* hotel.

気になった点 : 清潔度

Worn down and dirty.

The building from the outside looks nice but the rooms have worn down. They were overbooked so i did not get what i paid for. The room was dated, carpets with stains, old scuffed furniture What pissed me off was the kettle was filthy, someone had made their noodles in that kettle and it was cleaned at all, it had left over noodles and it was all oily. I would refrain staying here.

Amazing view!

Had a wonderful stay here! Our room on the 8th floor provided the most stunning view over the Corniche. Very friendly and helpfull staff, who accommodated all our requests. Full breakfast in nice and tidy restaurant. 15 min walk from Waqif Souk, where you also find the metro station for the Airport Metro. Highly recommendable hotel!

The hotel is 4 stars although they claim it's 5stars. The service was excellent, comfort, room good house keeping excellent, location great. However, the restaurant is too congested, food very limited and service was too slow.

One of the best Hotel in doha. I reserved Super Deluxe room with breakfast including. The price is very affordable and the sea view is wonderful. Also the staffs are very supportive and friendly. I can strongly recommend Saraya Cornice.

Cool Hotel

Very cool hotel, big room, well equipped with fabulous view of West Bay Area. Location is close to lots of construction right now but coming and going by Uber hardly noticeable. Btw Doha is great low cost Uber city.
