地下鉄からも無料トラムの駅からも近く、今ドーハで人気のエリアにあり立地がよく便利な新しいホテル。部屋は広々してスタイリッシュな内装で快適。ただ、トイレのフラッシュボタンが二度も壊れた(しかし深夜にも関わらないすぐに修理にきてくれた)。コンシェルジュはとても親切で私たちの旅をサポートしてくれた。また滞在したい。

Hotel was amazing. Only 1 little niggle. We were on halfboard option and they only off 5 main coures and 1 night they had no desserts. Staff were hit and miss in Cila restaurant. Maybe offer something in other restaurant too

The staff are very professional and welcoming. Many attractions and restaurants around. However, as a minor note, the hotel doesn't provide some basic hygiene products like toothbrush, comb, etc. Although, I was not expecting, but it would have been a great addition.

We bookes half board for the whole stay. But for three evenings we faced problems using it. At first we were rejected in the said restaurant, because our rate does not include half board (although: at the check-in we were expressly said to go to this restaurant). By chance we met a manager of the service section, he clearified, he apologized and for the next days we had our table in the buffet restaurant and it was fine for us. Another day we were told: restaurant is fully booked, we have to use the outside-restaurant on the third floor; but as it was very windy, nothing was prepared there, they didn’t expect anybody due to the wind. By chance we met another service manager, who took care for us and arranged within 10 minutes a table for us; and we looked around: the restaurant was not fully booked-several table were not used. Finally: we were a family of six persons with 2 little kids among us!! This was a bigger issue in communication inside the hotel, which was disappointing for us

Good location but understaffed
The service of the front desk is extremely sloppy. whenever i ask for a service they take a very long time to come and attend my request, starting from the room service and housekeeping to the bell boy to take my luggage. whenever i complain, they reply we are sorry for that but no action taken after that and i remain waiting for another long time.

Had really amazing service all round. Half board food options were good with great quality food. Dipa and Sushant in the Cila restaurant are fantastic, so attentive and lovely to speak with. Lots of breakfast options. We had a standard room which gave us more than enough space and was to very high standards. Really good location for travelling by metro and easy access to Souq Waqif and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel par Excellence
This Hotel is absolutely amazing!! Everything about it is top drawer and I’ll start us off with our super late check in. Arrived around 12:40am after a long flight, doorhop told us they will get our bags and walked us to check in; 3-4 minutes later we had our room keys and walked around the corner to the elevators; a very quick ride up to our floor. One of our party had a small accident at check in and they were nothing but accommodating. The room was sizable; bathroom just a large and well appointed. Clean and plenty of bottled water and some welcome snacks & a letter addressing me!! Bed was so comfy; as was the couch and armchair. We woke up and proceeded to the 1st floor for the breakfast buffet; which was excellent; had my coffee and sons hot chocolate and eggs prepared for us and served the rest of the sides available. We called and asked about a key check out and they accommodated us with an hour and a half which was so appreciated. We walked out and handed our keys over; they ordered a taxi which pulled up in about 5 minutes. If we come back, we will be coming back to Alwadi!!

My stay here was perfect. Check in was straight forward and the room was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff there were so helpful and never stopped smiling. Another amazing person at this property is Kashaka, the lifeguard at the pool area! He did everything he could to look after me and my pregnant wife, an asset to the hotel. Would recommended this hotel to all visiting Doha!

Excellent hotel in a great location. The hotel is located opposite the Souk. The bedrooms are big and quiet. The amenities are good. The hotel is stunning. The pool is big. They have a roof top bar with a DJ every night. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. We managed to get a late check out. The hotel staff were really accommodating and flexible. The restaurants and bars are great. Alcohol is expensive but we were lucky to have some being in a country where alcohol is banned. Excellent hotel

We stayed in a king-size bedroom, very spacious clean and tidy, nice view. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, plenty of choice. The staff were very pleasant were always very helpful and couteous always greeted us with a smile. We had taken the option of half board good choice of meals. A big thank you to all the staff who made us feel welcomed. Location of the Hotel was ideal as souq waqif was only a few minutes away to the souq area. Our experience at Alwadi Hotel Doha has been phenomenal . We've had a great time staying here thank you to all the staff from the porter's to the conceige and reception for making us feel very welcomed and providing a service above and beyond.
