La struttura in se è molto bella, anche se avrebbe bisogno di qualche attenzione in più. All'arrivo ci si trova in un grande parcheggio abbastanza spoglio. La fontana centrale non è funzionante. La hall e la sala pranzo si presentano bene. La camera (Suite Junior) è situata al secondo piano, mediamente grande e abbastanza pulita ma manca certamente la zanzariera all'unica finestra in quanto essendo in campagna gli insetti non mancano. Il bagno è dotato di vasca idromassaggio (non funzionante) e nella vasca risulta difficile fare la doccia (doccino in mano) in quanto manca la tenda o altro sistema di protezione! In compenso la dotazione è adeguata ad un 4 stelle così come pure i servizi. Discorso a parte la piscina: al check-in il signore che ci ha ‘accolto’ (penso sia stato il direttore o comunque il responsabile) mi ha visto stupito quando mi ha comunicato che costava € 10 a testa (al giorno) e che non potevo pretendere di più visto il prezzo di Expedia (neanche lo avessi messo io!!). Comunque la piscina, oltre ad essere a pagamento era: obbligatoria la cuffia (€ 4), acquisto e consumazione cibi e bevande solo al bar (7 tavoli e 4 ombrelloni per almeno 50 persone), aperta a persone esterne (€ 10), servizi igienici poco curati. Comunque personale disponibile e cortese (a parte il tizio di cui sopra). PS: quanto ho prenotato la piscina la signora della hall, mi ha detto che per gli ospiti il costo era di € 5. Il tizio era distratto???? Mah!!!

Ottimo prezzo e buona posizione, soprattutto per chi volesse visitare le langhe in un weekend! Staff confuso, non vengono indicate in ordine: aria condizionata non funzionante e prenotazione obbligatoria per la piscina (quest'ultima con "ingresso gratuito ma servizi obbligatori a pagamento"). La gentilezza non la fa da padrona. il ristorante accoglie diverse cerimonie e ci siamo ritrovati fino alle 2 schiamazzi sotto la finestra e lo staff non ha fatto nulla, nonostante i richiami...

La tenuta non è facilmente raggiungibile perché la strada è dissestata. Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare al proprietario ci siamo sentiti rispondere che il terreno dissestato non è di sua proprietà. Il problema andrebbe risolto oppure sarebbe opportuna una segnalazione all'inizio della strada. Invece l'unico cartello visibile riporta il declino di ogni responsabilità rispetto a oggetti o persone per le condizioni della strada. Le stanze sono vecchie, avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione ed il miscelatore della doccia non è facilmente regolabile (abbiamo rischiato di ustionarci). Un soggiorno da dimenticare.

Soggiorno ina notte tra il 27/28 ottobre

Hotel senza grosse pretese, pulito tranquillità, immerso in una collina circondato da vigneti va bene anche d'estate infatti dispone di piscina, buona colazione, stanze pulite, personale un po' scontroso. ( magari è capita in quella occasione perché c'era Tanta gente a causa di un raduno di motociclisti) nel complesso merita.

Groot hotel dat leuk is opgeknapt. Wij waren er alleen, ze hadden beter kunnen sluiten. Iedere dag minder service uiteindelijk bleef zelfs het kamer meisje weg. Ontbijt : Dag 1 nog beleg en brood dag 3 alleen paar taarten en wat oude koekjes.
