"This house is so well kept and clean. The host was very gracious and sent us all the info we needed to get into the house and also what to do when we left. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils so cooking was not a problem. The location was great right across the road to the beach and the front porch views were excellent of the gulf. Killer Seafood was in front of the house and the food their was delicious highly recommend the fried shrimp tacos. The area was quiet and mainly families on vacation. JUST a very relaxing vacation at a great house and location."

"This was a great find on Mexico beach! Beautiful hotel! Would stay again. I was terrified when we arrived late after a 6 hour drive, I didn’t see the sign to call because our code wasn’t working. I opened a hallway door and went down to the lobby and was able to easily get ahold of someone and get into our room."

"Enjoyed staying at your place everything was clean and organized. I did notice that the master bathroom toilet was loose. Not sure how its gonna be with Toucans live bands on friday and Saturday but I enjoyed my time and would stay again."

"Our first time staying here. I loved how close it was to the beach and also on a dead end road so hardly any traffic at all. Bring pet friendly is always a plus. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room, storage and parking. The host immediately got back to me each time I had to contact her. :) Only a few cons about this cottage… first the community pool gate was open when we got there and wouldn’t lock, I did contact the host and she contacted management. It was open a good bit after that and never locked for me but not a host issue. The house was “clean” but not 5 stars clean. There was sand in the floors and the showers also with residue from whoever stayed there before, food also left in the fridge and freezer and the kitchen sink has sticky spots in it as well. Again not always a host problem because I know they hire our clearing companies to do this. I hated there wasn’t a vacuum or a good broom for me to use. I did go buy a small one to use while we were there so we didn’t track sand and dog hair everywhere and could clean up before we left."
