"Front desk staff would not honor the Hotel.com price they wanted to charge $2.00 per day for SHEETS! The toilet did not work in the room, dirty sheets, and the front desk staff would not bring a key to the new room. I had to go down to the front desk and then back up to the 4th floor. Dog Waste all around the landscape. Their only remedy was the site manager came in on Tuesday and refunded the sheet fee and will coach the front desk persons in customer service and site maintenance. He was very nice and professional. "

"Our stay was terrible. There were like 10 baseball teams staying there. The noise started at 6 am and went till well after midnight. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming and yelling. Kids pushing elevator buttons on every floor. Playing and laying around in the lobby. Throwing water bottles and chasing each other. I complained so many times and no results. Asked if every once in a while a hotel person could walk the hallways and nothing. I talked to numerous people in the elevators that felt the same way. Not one of these kids was supervised. It is bad enough that sound travels thru the center of the hotel but this was unacceptable. So much for our enjoyable weekend. There are signs that say quiet hours are after 10pm but if no one is willing to enforce it or come out from behind the desk to see what is really going on that what use are the signs. We will never stay here again and would suggest no one else should. I understand they are kids after after complaining numerous time and getting no assistance that is what prompted my review."

"The House was so spacious and plenty of room to accommodate a large group like ours. Very clean and tidy and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Audrey was such a pleasure to deal with and she made sure we were all comfortable and communicated effectively with us.I also appreciate the owners allowing us to extend another night last minute and was very kind to offer a generous price.Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality, we hope to visit again."

"This place was absolutely terrible! There was a lady at the desk who was unfriendly, the room was not very clean. I pulled back the sheets and found a used straw in my bed. The shower curtain did not close at all and water went everywhere. Walking around in my socks, the socks were black like the floors have never been cleaned. The area outside and inside the building was extremely loud. You can hear everything from conversations, kids running in rooms to the traffic outside. Do yourself a favor and avoid your place! "
