In the hamlet Donja Hlapa 11.5 km from the centre of Malinska, 1.5 km from the centre of Soline, 1.8 km from the centre of Klimno, on a slope, in the residential district, 1.6 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, hot tub. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Shop 1.9 km, bus stop 4.7 km, sandy beach 5 km pebble beach 1.6 km. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property.
"Vesna", 3-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (130 cm, length 195 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 50 m2 partly roofed. Riesiger Außenbereich

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders haben wir den großen Außenbereich genossen, wo jeder seinen Platz findet - ob Sonne oder Schatten, Wirlpool oder Hollywoodschaukel. Der Blick ist grandios, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang. Gegrillt haben wir auch mehrfach. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Ruhiges Umfeld, nette Vermieterin

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig auf einer Anhöhe. Es ist alles sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Untergeschoss des Hauses, das am Hang liegt. Sie ist sehr diskret und unaufdringlich. Zum Sandstrand sind es 1,6km. Dort ist es aber nicht so schön. In Cizici, Klimno oder Silo sind schönere Strände, auch für Hunde.

Die Wohnung war an sich sehr schön, man hat es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand und man kann auch in10 Minuten sehr abgelegene Strände erreichen, die sehr schön sind. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist, dass ein Wasserrohr in der Toilette getropft hat, wodurch das Badezimmer immer sehr nass und ungemütlich war. Die Betten in der Wohnung sind sehr bequem und der Grill auf der Terrasse wurde auch fast jeden Tag genutzt.

Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick und Whirlpool

Wir (Familie mit 5 Personen) haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und angenehm zurückhaltend. Die Wohnung hat sehr gute Fenster mit guten Fliegengittern. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig mit schönem Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber ordentlich und mit guten Betten. In der Küche war ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden.

Das Haus ist sehr gut für 1 bis 2 Wochen urlaub, mit 4 Erwachsene Personen, gut ausgestattet, und sauber, es gibt paar Sachen die gemacht werden sollten wie zb. Neues Silicon fügen im Bad, Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben 1 Woche trotz Corona Virus sehr genossen, vielen Dank Familie Wnek

Die Ferienwohnung liegt abseit...

Die Ferienwohnung liegt abseits von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man ist also auf einen PKW angewiesen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Für deutsche Touristen wäre eine größere Kaffeemaschine empfehlenswert und sehr schön wäre auch einToaster. Reisetipps: Die Insel hat sehr viel Landschaft zu bieten. Es ist das Capri der einfachen Leute. Wenn man sucht, findet man wirklich gute Lokale. Sonst ist es wie überall, eine viel zu große Speisekarte und nicht wirklich liebevoll zubereitet.Die Strände sind im Vergleich zu Istrien (Porec, Medulin usw.) mager. Kaum Toiletten aus Dixi, keine Sonnenschirme und schon gar keine Liegen. Die Kioske für Kaffee usw. waren auch nur zum Teil geöffnet. Hier ist empfehlenswert der Strand am Campingplatz, da gibt es Verpflegung und Toiletten. Ansonsten immer wieder gerne Kroatien.
