Dear Mr. Konstantin, We do appreciate your constructive comment as we strive to make improvement because of guests like your good self. It is our plan to change all linen after the new year as we have already procured. During this year we have renovated 13 toilets and we will continue. We have slowed down momentarily due to the high occupancy but will commence as soon as possible. As for the hot water, none of the hotels in Djibouti have that due to the temperature in the country even the branded hotel even though we know that it is the standard. I spoke to you over the phone in your room after your return that day and expressed my sincere apology and then I mentioned that we will act.
