In a luxury residence with swimming pool, 2-room apartment of approximately 31m², with a capacity of 4 people, with a balcony with sea view and on the Dives estuary. The apartment includes: a living room (with a 160x200 sofa bed and flat-screen TV) opening onto a large balcony, an open kitchen (with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave, a fridge with freezer and a classic coffee maker), a bedroom (with a 160x200 bed and a TV) opening onto the sea view balcony, and a bathroom (with shower and WC).
A parking space is available in the basement.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).

Un séjour de repos et de dépaysement

Une vue exceptionnelle et une belle terrasse sur un espace naturel et marin rare. Un apaisement garanti. Un immeuble très soigné avec de beaux jardins. Un box en sous-sol très pratique. Ici il n'y a pas de wifi donc on déconnecte plus facilement !
