"Pros: Front desk was nice enough to let me check in at like 11am. Night clerk i believe her name was Deborah, was the best. So helpful and matches the vibe of the guest. Breakfast was great. The potatoes in particular were my favorite. The free shuttle to Walmart was a nice touch. The room was very nice and clean. Cons: The morning clerk was VERY are to understand. I had to give up understanding after having her repeat herself. The keys cards de magnetis SO easily. I had to go have new keys made 3 different times in a 2 day stay. It was very annoying and since i of course was at the very end of the hall, it was exhausting. I made 2 trips to the front desk about my remote. The orange juice at breakfast was EXTREMELY watery. I dont know if the mix was running out or if its always like that. Overall a nice stay, at a nice property. "

"The rooms were huge with full amenities such as a kitchen: full refrigerator/ top stove and a microwave! The rooms were clean the breakfast was great and the front desk personnel were very helpful. I did have an incident occur but the front desk personnel I cannot remember her name I should have written it down maybe with a s? blond hair but anyways she was very understanding and made sure I received compensation and that was very kind."

"We called ahead to ask about late check-in, the person who answered seemed uninterested and offered little help. We arrived and the only room that matched our booking was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, she did offer us something else, and then gave us instructions on how to get there. The parking was $35 which wasn't listed. The power went out for 3.5 hours overnight."

"We had a great stay at Hyatt House. The staff and housekeeping team were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus especially with a toddler. We also appreciated the on-site amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and bar, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again."

"I was impressed by the claims of an eco friendly experience at your hotels, but what I saw at Hotel 116 in Bellevue, WA was disappointing; for example: we had plastic cups in the room. Also was not impressed by the cleanliness claim; our room had dirt on the carpet and around the baseboard of the room was very dusty (it was carpeting up the wall 4 inches or so). The hallway carpeting was very worn out looking and the outdoor courtyard was very sad and not well kept. One of the worst situations was the fact that the parking lot was shared with the Woods Coffee drive through window. We were late for my husband's medical appointment because of having to wait in line to get out of the parking lot."
