This hotel is the most suitable for those who want to refresh yourself with professional spa and body care by staying couple of days. The facilities are very clean, and the terrace of bar is super, letting you feel breeze.

L’air climatisé est réglé trop élevé à 25 degrés. La nuit nous avons eu très chaud.

Vue indéniablement magnifique et lieu rénové avec goût. La qualité des prestation n’est néanmoins pas à la hauteur des tarifs pratiqués (un buffet petit déjeuné bien garni, il y a même du champagne, mais le pain et les viennoiseries ne valent absolument pas le détour, les yaourts et ne le beurre n’ont pas été sélectionnés parmi l’excellence bretonne qui aurait pu être mise en avant … rien de fait maison par ailleurs (ni les crêpes, ni les suprêmes d’agrumes…) c’est bien dommage de ne pas profiter d’une telle vitrine pour mettre en avant les PME ou producteurs locaux… Danone, yoplait et autres marques de l’agro-industrie sont sur les étals. C’est décevant pour un tel standing. La bouteille de champagne au petit déjeuner est peut être importante pour la clientèle qui golfe cela dit. Bref une vue magnifique, des infrastructure de bains marins bien aménagés. Côté service, Sens commercial, petites attentions, c’est très léger par rapport au tarif (gobelets carton dans la salle de bain, pas de plateau de courtoisie, etc).

Etablissement très agréable, belles prestations sauf le petit déjeuner... très industriel et décevant.... plutôt niveau d'un 2*. Peu de choix, les pains sont durs, on reconnait les crêpes Pasquier trop sucrées, et plus de yaourt nature à 9H15... Le personnel peu souriant et agacé lorsqu'on demande un peu d'eau chaude pour le thé...

séjour vacances balnéo.
Hotel bien placé proche plage, personnel parfait. La chambre que nous occupions a été refaite la literie est bonne et la SDB parfaite mais il n'y a pas de séparation sur la terrasse avec la chambre voisine (le chien de nos voisins venait se coucher sur nos transat et quand nous sortions sur la terrasse le matin, on apercevait nos voisins moins matinaux au lit !) Par ailleurs, les installations de balnéo commence à dater notamment le Hammam et dans une moindre mesure le sauna. Enfin le petit dejeuner buffet offre des huitres de cancale ce qui est un régal pour les amateurs mais en dehors de ce point positif, le reste laisse a désirer (un seul jus de fruit -orange -, pas d'oeufs sur la plat, pas de legumes -tomates concombres.. pas de poissons fumés pas de fruits autre que pommmes bananes kiwi raisin (melon, ananas, mangue....) Bref, bel emplacement, personnel sympathique et efficace, hotel propre, tranquille et bien tenu mais des manques à combler compte tenu du prix payé.

Hôtel idéalement situé sur la côte dans un coin très calme. Chambre assez spacieuse, petit bémol pour la salle de bain un peu petite. Petit-déjeuner au top (un des meilleurs buffets que j'ai pu manger). Rien à dire sur le hammam, le sauna, la salle de sport, la piscine et le parcours marin qui étaient propres. C'était notre second séjour dans cette hôtel et j'espère que ce ne sera pas le dernier.

My family and I, which included two young children were astonished at the poor quality of the hotel that was booked through your service. You have fraudulently sold this booking as a four star hotel. For example, the hotel rooms had no air-conditioning yet your listing specifically represented it had air-conditioning. Furthermore, the condition of the rooms assigned was unacceptable. The cleanliness was severely lacking, with noticeable dirt and stains within the bathrooms. On one evening, my room was found not cleaned. Upon explaining the situation with the night manager, he refused to even acknowledge the difficulty this caused. The three working the desk that evening even refused to provide clean towels. I was forced to explain the situation to a fellow customer, to shame them in providing basic amenities. As you can imagine, one will go to whatever lengths needed to maintain basic hygienic levels for ones children and grandchildren. Yet, to have to enlist fellow hotel guests to shame management for clean towels is far from “Four star” service. Management's consistent response throughout the stay explaining all above was that since this booking was with Expedia, Expedia is responsible for the fraudulent listing. They absolved themselves of all responsibility for the listings lies and misrepresentations including the lack of air conditioning and the misrepresentation of “Four star” status.

The relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice room, probably decorated by an architect. Sun loungers on your terrace. Breakfast, lunch and dinner great! Peace and respect for the hotel guests. Nothing negative!

Fantastische Gegend, direkt an der Küste. Bequeme Betten, Zimmerausstattung könnte ein Upgrade vertragen. Thalasso Einrichtungen interessant, aber für Gäste die kein französisch verstehen kaum zu benutzen. Etwas mehr Informationen auf englisch wären hilfreich.

Nous connaissons cet établissement depuis longtemps et notre dernier séjour nous a déçu ! Si le personnel est toujours aussi sympathique et si l'emplacement est bien sûr toujours aussi séduisant, l'état de notre chambre n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur, ni du nombre d'étoiles ni du prix. Nous savons que des travaux sont prévus à l'automne prochain mais en attendant ???
