The apartment was renovated in 2023 and features a bright living and dining room that opens onto a balcony, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor spaces. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, includes a flat-screen TV, and also provides direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom, separated by a sliding door, is equally equipped with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. The apartment also benefits from an open kitchen integrated into the living area, fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. Outdoor living is well catered for with 2 terrace spaces: one of 6 m2 with a north-west facing position and a second of 3 m2 facing west, both furnished with balcony furniture and offering a view of the sea.
