The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation rental is in Dillon which is centrally located for you to enjoy all that Summit County has to offer. This condo is just a short drive to many world class Ski Resorts such as Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain and only a mile away from beautiful Lake Dillon Marina.
This 2nd level entry, 2 story condo features:
Main Level: Half Bath with in-unit Washer & Dryer, Dining Room, Kitchen with Island, Living Room with Gas Fireplace and Flat-Screen TV, Private Deck with Grill and Mountain Views.
Upper Level: Master Queen Bedroom with Private Full Bath, Hallway Full Bath with Double Sinks, 1 Queen Bedroom, 3rd Bedroom with Twin over Double Bunks.
Warm your toes by the fireplace after a day on the slopes or grill out on the back deck and enjoy those amazing mountain views. Cook some of your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
Whether you are visiting in the summer months or the winter season, Dillon is centrally located and close to many ski resorts, outdoor recreation, and attractions. Hiking and Biking trails that take you all around summit county are a short distance away, as well as restaurants, bars, and shops.

Great location at a bargain

Me and my friends had a great time staying at this condo in Dillon. Fantastic location for a ski trip with the buddies. We were 15 minutes away from some of our favorite resorts that we visited. The town of Dillon has everything that you need. The condo itself was cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for the price that we paid.

This is an adequate condo. The address the agent provided was no good at all. We spent 2 hours struggling to find the place in the dark - cold and tired. Turns out, the address relates to a whole block of condos and we needed to know the unit number... It was okay but smelled when we arrived and wasn't as clean you you'd reasonably expect. The snow / ice had not been cleared from the front or balcony so that made them unnecessarily perilous. We'd stay here again but would arrive with snap / ice clearing tools, cleaning supplies and a good amount of elbow grease.

Easy to find location

The property was very nice, quiet & cozy. The view of the mountains in the back was beautiful. I just wished they cleaned the snow in front of the door. It was getting high, and it seemed like our side was the only with the snow being left unclean. It was definitely a challenge to get In & out of the house. Other than that everything was fine.

Clean and Spacious

This location hosted my family of 6 adults for a little over a week. We had plenty of space for everyone and room to spare. Being centered at Dillion Village made things very convenient. Communication with the property management was top notch.

Convenient and clean

It was all so easy, arranging the rental, finding and getting into the condo, and leaving were all very simple. The floorplan worked perfectly for my son, niece's and myself. Everyone had privacy. The condo was very quiet. The hardest thing was parking, do-able, but a bit competitive with neighboring renters.
