Staff are lovely hotel very out dated old style kind of scary lol Room had loads of ants which was a problem cleaner did clean but not much they can do about it The staff was nice but i wouldn't stay here again price was tooo high for what was on offer nicer hotels next door Only booked as its on the beach

It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed.

Nach der ersten Nacht im falschen zimmer konnte ich meine Bewertung aktualisieren der Blick aufs Meer ist herrlich der feine sandstrand und das klare Wasser super leicht abfallen was denn Einstieg ins Meer erleichtert das hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen das Personal im Service war super flink beim Tische abräumen und sauber machen auch nicht aufdringlich oder so viele schimpfen das das Essen nicht reicht oder schmeckt den kann ich nicht zustimmen wir waren 10 Tage dort und wir wurden immer satt was ich nicht so toll fand waren einige Gäste die sich die Teller voll machen und sie dann stehen lassen und anschließend landet alles im Müll das muß nicht sein uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und werden wieder kommen

4 yetişkin 2 bebek olarak gittik . Temizlik vs gayet güzeldi otel eski yapıda olmasına rağmen bakımlıydı . Çalışanlar çok güzel karşıladılar . Yemekler de gayet yeterliydi çeşit olması gerektiği kadar vardı . Aç kalmadık yani . Puanına bakıp çok arada kalmıştım ama iyiki bu oteli tercih etmişiz . Havuz plaj da çok güzeldi

Otele girişte bir sıkıntı yaşamadım 13:40 odamız hazırmış hemen geçtik Odanın yatağı kapıları mobilyaları kötü odada iki sorunum vardı hemen hallettiler çeşme suları çok kötü diş ve ağız çalkalayamadık içme suyuyla yaptık odam hergün temizlendi tv de uydu yayını yok karasal yayın birkaç kanal var otel çok eski genel bakıma ihtiyacı var bence wifi odalarda yok lobi ve havuzda var sanırsam İnternet ve modem elden geçmesi lazım tam bağlantı yapamıyor sık sık kesiliyor havuz küçük çocuk havuzu 45 cm derinliği var yetişkin havuzu 2 mt havuzların ebatları küçük yemekleri aç kalmazsınız çalışanlar ilgili emeklerine sağlık denizi çok güzel plajda şezlonglardan yer bulmak isterseniz sabah erkenden gidip havlu koymanız lazım denizde çok balık var her gece canlı müzik vardı buda çok güzel bişey ben 5 gece kaldım ilk tatilim olduğu için bize güzel geldi otelin konumu merkeze yakın akşamları gezmek için altınkum kordon boyu var yakınlarda 3 harfli marketler var ayrımsım çalışan herkese çok teşekkür ederim

Başlangıç olarak evet yapının yaşı büyük olması sebebi bile modern olmadığını söyleyebilirim Yemekler orta diyebilirim fiyatı uygun şöyle uygun yemek+ kahvaltı+ içecek dışarda ödeyeceğiniz iki kişi fiyatına konaklama dahil hizmet alıyorsunuz mutlaka ki yiyecek birşeyler bulursunuz çeşit olarak orta diyebilirim. Yatak konforu normaldi. Temizlik her yorumun baş konusu bende titiz olan bir kişiyim herhangi bir böcek ya da sineğe şahit olmadım odaya ilk girildiğinde bir nem kokusu olduğu aşikar ve klima soğutma konusunda biraz yavaş malesef ama ben Ağustos ortasında odada terledim diyemem otelin arkasına bakan ucundan denizi gören bir odada konakladık ve yeşil olan olması bence öndeki gürültüden kesinlikle iyidir. Otopark alanı biraz mesafeli Havuzu küçük , çocuklara daha uygun zaten denize sıfır iskeledeki mavi sezlonglar 100 TL ücretli ama zaten otelin şezlonglari yeterli Oda kapıları güvenlik açısından tek konaklayan birisi için biraz tedirgin edici olabilir tahta eski kapılardan ve kolidorlarda güvenlik kamerası göremedim. Asansör küçük ama yoğun saatlerde bile sıkışıklık olmadı valizi çok olmayanlar için merdivenler geniş ve dinlenme boşluğu olan alanlar var. Otele giriş saatimiz 14.00 olmasına rağmen 14 25 te ancak odamız müsait olabildi

4-7 Temmuz 2025 tarihlerinde 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak konakladık. Yetişkin havuzunun 2 metre derin olması dışında tek olumsuzluk Tavuk ve tavuk çeşitlerinin diğer yemeklere göre biraz kalitesiz olmasıydı. Kahvaltıda ve diğer öğünlerdeki tüm yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve oldukça zengin bir menü vardı. Temizlik konusunda ikinci günden itibaren her gün odaya gelip temizlik isteyip istemediğimizi sordular. Otel genelinde gözle görülen bir tertip düzen vardı. Altınkum bölgesinde denize sıfır konumuyla tam fiyat performans oteli.
