Dear Mr. Garg, Namaste & Thank You for your feedback. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you during the stay with us at Fortune Park Moksha. Unfortunately we were not operational with Swimming Pool, Gym & Kids zone as per Covid protocol from 1st October 2020 till end of June 2021. The service has been resumed from 2nd July 2021 onward. Your room was shifted from a standard room to a Fortune Club Room without any extra cost, where you would have noticed the balcony size. Club rooms are 1000++ priced higher in terms of rate.
