Unobstructed Bayfront vacation home in Dewey Beach, with stunning sunset views and direct access to a sandy beach and Rehoboth Bay. Enjoy the newly landscaped property, sandy beach and pier. Unique property in the center of Dewey Beach. My property boasts of a wall surrounding providing privacy and a quiet atmosphere. It is a place all its own in this bustling summer beach town. It centrally located providing easy access to our fantastic small town restaurants, live entertainment as well as outlet shopping, and outdoor activities. Family and couple friendly only, with 2 parking permits provided(May 15-Sept15). My property sleeps 8 (not including additional sofa bed) adults comfortably, with 2 full bathrooms plus 1/2 bathroom and a screened porch overlooking the bay. Features include central A/C, new kitchen(2021) with stainless steel appliances, full size laundry machines, black out shades on the windows, solid doors for a quiet good night sleep. Designated parking for 2 cars. Just a short 1 block to the ocean beach, restaurants,minim golf etc. There is playground near by, and numerous restaurants. The Jolly Trolley available at the top of our street for easy access to Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk. Smoke and pet-free property. Families, couples and mature adult groups welcome. Please NO high school or college groups rentals allowed. Available for 5-7 night rentals during peak summer season and 2-day stays in the off-season. ***Please note there is no elevator. ***There are steps to the unit and steps inside leading to the main bedroom suite.

Weekend in Dewey Beach

This was a great place to stay in Dewey Beach. The screened in porch overlooking the bay was beautiful and comfortable. It was conveniently located and had two included parking spots. I would definitely stay here again.

Dewey Beach Easter

Had a fantastic stay for our first time in the Dewey Rehoboth areea. The location was amazing with a beautiful screened in top floor deck to watch sun set over Rehoboth Bay. Close to everything in Dewey

Amazing Location!!!

We had a great stay at this amazing home. Kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and we all enjoyed paddle boarding in the bay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Lisa was a great host and extremely responsive. The place was just as described. We loved sitting in the screened in porch and enjoying sunsets over the bay!

Stellar views of the bay and sunset!!

This well equipped and spacious condo with screened in deck has excellent views of the bay and sunset. It is located on the bay with a quick walk to restaurants and shops. The property owner was prompt in reply if we had any questions. Our family had a ball and would highly recommend this lovely vacation home.

Great location for family trip!

Our family of six, including grandparents and kids age 6 & 8, LOVED this place! The home is near everything in Dewey (walkable) and is furnished nicely. The beds were comfy. The screened porch was perfect. There are a lot of steps, but with that comes a great view. My kids enjoyed playing on the beach and splashing in the bay.

Wondeful Weekend Getaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The back porch is amazing with gorgeous sunset views of the bay. This unit has a steep flight of stairs to access so keep that in mind.
