"Room was clean, staff were kind & helpful, needs were met throughout our stay, & breakfast was a great spread of options. BW Texas waffles sealed the deal!! Would definitely stay here or recommend for anyone needing to stay near Lackland AFB, as all the graduation events were more clearly laid out by hotel staff than what we received from anywhere else. Told us what time to leave, which direction to travel, where parking & directions on base would be. Just above & beyond helpful!!"

"Rooms kept tidy and clean. They also had breakfast and I woke up extra early so I was really glad it starts at 6-9am <3 room kept cool. staff were super nice and welcoming during my stay. Will be coming back for next visits in San Antonio!!"

"The is a great option for those families coming in for graduations at Lackland. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it is the most convenient and the closest to the Luke gate in the morning. Rooms were nice, clean and staff was great. The front desk staff was incredible and made us feel so welcomed. There is a really cool American flag set up and backdrop just for Air Force families to take pictures!! They have graduate murals and sign up boards on the wall in the main hall too which was very special to look through. You can tell they take pride in being a sponsor hotel."

"Clean room amazing hotel, almost every staff member was very welcoming and super friendly hospitality in exception of ONE that was rude and can safely say racist to her own kind (latinos/hispanic). It was in 2-3 different occasions in which we spoke to her after her talking to white Americans and she would immediately and noticeably change her tone and whole posture. In one occasion she was soo helpful to one family in-front of us, when it came to us ( same topic same questions ) she changed her tone and didn’t even want to give us opportunity to pay with CC, when the previous family did. She asked for cash that if not it would be added to our room account, and we mentioned how the family before us payed with CC for the same thing , that we would wish to do the same. Honestly we don’t carry cash as well . She rolled her eyes and just had no other choice and just told us the total. No explanation no apology for demanding us to pay cash and not given the option to pay with CC the first time around. Other than the encounters with her, everything and everyone else was great! She also did not have a name tag in difference to every staff member. Weird… I guess what I can say is avoid a Hispanic mid 30’s light skin lady with tattooed eyebrows and blonde highlights and messy curls if you are Hispanic as well . 🙄"
