Umständlicher Check in und unangenehmer Geruch

Es begann mit einem der umständlichsten Check-Ins die ich jemals erlebt habe und ich habe schon in sehr vielen Hotels übernachtet! Man muss einen Online check in machen, bei dem man wieder bezahlen soll, obwohl alles schon vorab bezahlt war, darum ewige hin- und herschreiberei mit dem Hotel. Dann endlich am Anreisetag ein Link, mit dem man in das Zimmer kommen kann. Muss aber trotzdem noch in einem anderen Link einen Check in machen .... In das Zimmer kommt man nur mit dem Link, dort gibt es eine Schaltfläche mir der man die Türe öffnen kann, also immer schön Handy dabei haben, Link abspeichern!! und hoffen, dass der Empfang da ist! Hat 3x mal funktioniert, am dritten Abend kamen wir nicht mehr in unsere 2 Zimmer! Zum Glück hatte da das Restaurant unten offen, gehört zwar nicht zum Hotel, aber aber hat die Codes für die Boxen in denen die Notfallzimmerkarten liegen. Hinzu kam noch, dass es in den Badezimmern ziemlich stark nach Abwasser gerochen hat. Hat auch nicht gerade dazu beigetragen das Gesamterlebnis zu verbessern .... Ansonsten wären die Zimmer und Lage eingentlich ganz in Ordnung. Im Gesamtpaket allerdings nicht mehr zu empfehlen.
