Escape on Lake is a recently renovated, family and dog friendly, rental property in the heart of Detroit Lakes. We are within walking distance to the city beach, boat access, park, hospital, hockey arena, and many local restaurants/bars. It is perfect for a family getaway or small gathering of friends, or for traveling employees. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, access to washer/dryer, fully loaded kitchen, and other basic amenities will make you feel right at home. We had a relaxing, fun and mostly stress free stay with 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfy and cozy. The patio was wonderful to have a cup of coffee or relax after troll hunting. We also loved that this place was dog friendly! All the little touches here really made it feel like home away from home. The place was great! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Check in was easy and communication with Chris was very easy!! He checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if we had any questions. The location is fantastic--easy to walk to lots of restaurants and the beach.
