綺麗で清潔

1泊の旅行で宿泊しました。部屋は綺麗で清潔感があり、値段が安かったのですが大満足でした。また、朝食は有料でしたが、Coffeeは無料でいただけたのがよかったです。

デトロイトの郊外に位置するﾋﾙﾄﾝｶﾞｰﾃﾞﾝ系列ホテル。ビジネス・観光いずれにてもお勧め。

デトロイトのダウンタウンから３０－４０分の郊外地域、NOVI地区に立地する、ヒルトンガーデンブランドホテル。建物や内部、サービスなども特段のものはなく、全米画一的なものであるが、逆にそれが安心感でもあるだろう。価格もこの地区、季節においては、妥当なものであった。近隣には、大規模なショッピングモールが幾つか散在し、買い物目的でも最適なロケーションでもある。デトロイト中心部に所用がある場合、（ビジネス、スポーツ観戦など）中心部にホテルを求めるよりこの地区のような場所に宿泊する選択肢も大いにあるであろう。

コスト・パフォーマンスでややマイナス

スタッフの応対も良いし、ホテル全体の雰囲気も良い、しかし、コストとパフォーマンスの比較では、価格が高すぎると感じた。部屋は悪くはないが、ただ広いだけで空っぽな感じでした。

日本人受けするホテル

Buffe式朝食では和食（ご飯、みそ汁、納豆、漬物、のり）も選べうれしかったです。部屋もきれいで清潔感がありました。Shoppingにも便利なロケーションなので機会があればまた泊まるかと思います。

快適なビジネス滞在

快適な滞在が出来ました。周りは、割と治安も良く静かで良かったです。ホテルのレストランは少し割高感はあるものの、味は中々良かったです。朝食は、ビジネスの日本人が多いせいか和食(ご飯と味噌汁と漬物)もあり長期滞在でもOKでしょう。また泊まりたいホテルの一つになりました。

Had a great experience and hotel is pet friendly. They have me a King Suite on the first floor that had access to the outdoor pet area. The hotel is quiet and everyone is so friendly and nice. I will definitely stay here again when I pass through on my travels. Thank you!

It was in a convenient location to shopping, restaurants. I didn't like the range of services in hotel: like housekeeping services.

When I come to Michigan I always stay here! Very nice and clean, staff is excellent. In a good safe area, walking distance to local shopping centers and a movie theatre.

Rude employee

The guy at the front desk was rude and seemed like he was not happy to be working there. I threw something away in the trash and he then proceeded to ask me if there was a trash bag in the can like questioning me. Of course there’s a trash bag and if there wouldn’t have been what was he going to do make me take my trash out??? It was rude especially because he said it loud like I was an idiot who would do that. He was training another employee at the time I think and I told the white guy “ of course there’s a bag in there??!!!! I also interacted with this African American male on a different day and he was not friendly at all. I don’t think he enjoys his job

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room had an odor and could have been cleaned better. I stayed with my family and felt like the bedding wasn’t changed from the previous stay.

This hotel offers a safe and calm environmental. Exist several restaurants close to the hotel, you can go there walking. I like this Hotel because is very close of my work, 8 minutes of distance. I always comeback to here. I think the main point to improve is that some people don't have the profile for customer service, and they make the difference in bad direction. This was different when change the person in their journey. The other person was very open to communicate and bring orientation and support.
