「Right from checking in this experience was poor. Received my keys, they didn’t work. Came back to see my travel buddy wait listed with no rooms available. We booked and paid at the same time. Front desk person was frazzled and was calling manager on her day off to help. She walked me to my room to let me in, she didn’t know how to activate the card key. My room was not fully cleaned. 「The breakfast buffet was adequate but poorly set up and planned. The pool area was very tight and had many local workers who came to stay there and use the pool with families. No seating really and very small towels and old which did not match the updates and nice room we stayed in. Great area to go for a walk around the Cawtawba River and for some shopping and great for access to Charlotte also. 」

「Beautiful hotel. The large room with a kitchen was perfect for our family to stay a couple days. Wish the pool was bigger but we were so glad it was indoors as we had rain the whole time we stayed there. My husband and I loved the happy hour they had with free drinks and food. And the complimentary breakfast was great too. Staff was very friendly.」
