「So far the hotel is very good, service team is polite and helps on all questions. Restaurant and food is very good. Many mosquitos, but help with spraying and antimosquito nets. So, no problem at all. Price is fair. I was not served the offered free bottle of wine as stated in my booking. Room was not with lake view, as stated in my booking.」

「I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed. They wouldn't let us have the extra bed without an additional charge of $30 on top of the $73 we paid for the twin bed. Although this is entirely the hotel's...

「Staff were very quick and responsive when addressing any issues. Make sure you connect with them ahead of your airport arrival so they send someone to pick you up. Excellent location, clean and safe.」

「Very nice comfortable place with friendly and helpful staff. Great bath and shower. Quite noisy outside. Only downside was the food, the beef was so tough almost inedible. Overall a lovely place.」
