「I'm just going to be completely honest. My pregnant girlfriend and I got into a car accident about 5 hours before we were supposed to check in. Mind you we paid almost 600 dollars and we're 2 hours away from the location. I called and was very nice and asked if we could be refunded and even tho my pregnant girlfriend was beat up from the car and our car was smashed the lady denied us a refund!!
