「Clean room, lovely helpful receptionists, and good location for university. Quiet generally around the building and safe. Nice rooftop views. Beds could be more comfortable (topper mattress added?) and a few more toiletries (shampoo only provided but no conditioner, shower gel or tissues). Perfect for 1-2 nights. 」

「お部屋のお掃除がまったくできていない キッチンも床も埃だらけ ネスプレッソマシーンは粉だらけ、水も入ったまま掃除していなかった様子 バスルームは下水の匂いが上がってきて臭い ハエが多いのは、山にあるからではなく、清掃が足りないからだと思うしかありません。 建物自体はモダンで素敵なのにもったいないです。 」

「清潔なお部屋、すっきりしたセンスの良い家具・備品、使いやすく考慮された設備（照明のスイッチが細かい範囲でオンオフ出来る、コンセントが各所に配置されている等）、大変心地良く過ごせました。スタッフの方との事前連絡のやり取りも丁寧で、安心できました。雨の日には玄関に傘が用意してあり、気配りが嬉しかったです。」
