「# hotel is roadside , looking beautiful from outside and 30 mins drive to Mahakaleswar Temple Gate 4 # Check in takes time and front desk staff are matured , middle aged men , having so much attitude towards guests . We never heard any greetings words from them .. they are not concerned about guests because they knew hotels rooms will be fully booked for Mahakaleswar Shravan months visits .. # breakfast are pathetic so as the place of breakfast having no AC and roof covered with pvc sheets .....

「The staff made arranged out of house dining and the transport to the Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple and drop-off to the railway station. The property is great to stay at and the staff helpful. Well, the property is located out of the city with limited travel and dining options.」

「Not up to the mark」

「I would absolutely avoid this hotel /property. The room that we were initially provided at a very strong smell of smoking cigarettes, we asked our room to be changed and got a room change ithout a tv set of gich was not operational for the 3 days I stayed there citing absolutely absurd reasons . Breakfast was supposed to be ready by 8.30 and never was ready before 9 am. Absolutely disappointing.」
