「Host was very responsive. Properly is two blocks from the beach and an easy walk. House easily accommodated our group of 7 women. Plenty of porch space to enjoy morning coffee or evening happy hour. The house could use a few updates and is showing its age.」

「The property is in a great location close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc., 2 minutes walk to the beach on the ocean side, 20 min drive to the soundside beach. 40 min drive to the nature preserve with the wild horses. Very clean. The house itself needs a little TLC, but this did not affect our stay at all. 」

While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great.
