「Hotel Amalias Hus was in a great location- close to downtown and great hiking trails behind the property. The food was delicious- lovely 3 course breakfast with lots of choices and dinner was also very good. A quaint, historic property with lots of little seating areas outside to enjoy a book or a drink. All the staff were extremely accommodating. Forget to mention there are nice views of Lake Vättern from the dining room.」

「Room where clean. I did however have a emergency exit sign that was lit up in the room as a beacon so we could not sleep all night. No personnel available after 10 pm and that was an issue as we had no soap in our shower.」

「The unit was easy to find and easy to get into. There was lots of space and all the things our kids needed to be entertained and happy. It was a short walk to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host helped give us information about local events. It was a lovely stay!」

「The accommodation was fantastic; nothing was missing. The kitchen was truly fully equipped. Everything was clean, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. There is a wonderful view of Lake Vättern from the balcony. Two supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk, and the swimming spot at the lake is a 15-minute walk away. A carport is available for the car. Highly recommended.」
