「This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing)...

「This property was exactly as advertised. I couldn’t imagine having more than two folks staying in the room. It was clean however extremely old. 」

「Lovely view of the ocean! Overall clean cottage with nice kitchen, comfortable front bedroom bed. Two "problems": the shower door was off it's track upon arrival and a drippy faucet in the "half bath/utility room" tub sink. The half bath has a toilet that's difficult for adults to access comfortably. Decor could use an upgrade, However, overall this property is comfortable, a great location, good parking right outside the door. We would come back!. 」

「Very clean, reasonably priced, centrally located property in Rockaway Beach! Short walk to the beach and shopping. Instructions and communication from property management company were clear and check in/check out was very easy. 」

「This house is so close to the beach! The house is very big, but really quirky. The downstairs has 2 rooms that each have 2 sets of bunkbeds and a full size bed. Very tight but worked for the kids. Definitely not for adults. Also, the lighting downstairs was horrible, so the kids thought that it was very "creepy." The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved the open concept so that we could all comfortably hang out in the same area of the house. The upstairs bedrooms are huge but there is so much wasted...
