「I had a great stay at the hotel - it was quiet in the rooms down by the river. The garden is a wonderful place for breakfast in the morning and the staff were very helpful.」

「Right on the doorstep on Meru, the rooms are comfortable, meals delicious, staff accommodating, and nature relaxing. We left early one day on a game drive and we’re provided a cooler with breakfast to take with us. Loved staying here and would definitely return. There are a lot of cats, but they are not bothersome.」

「建物や設備にやや古さを感じますが、部屋は広く、十分なアメニティーが備わっています。唯一の問題点は、最上階のレストランは、注文してから料理が出るまで１時間以上かかります。また、４人前を同時に出そうとしてためか、冷えたピザが出てきました。チェックインの際に料理の予約をするように説明すべきと思います。」

「Lewa Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all. The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future.」

「Good value for money, but it is SO NOISY at weekends. Loud music from garden and swimming pool, and front facing rooms very noisy from traffic.」

「The hotel is nice situated, near shops and restaurants. But everything in this place is very poor: the service (money is more important than good service), they try to get money by insunuating that you didn’t pay enough for the room, that the complimentary breakfast is for one person (although booked a double room for 2 persons). The room is very poor, you can choose between being burned by too hot water or take a cold shower. Wifi is not working. The service in the restaurant is very slow,...

「The hotel doesn't look like the picture, there's no front desk but if you want the price then take your chance. We actually tried to cancel upon arrival and went elsewhere. A very small hotel located off the main road and if you drive too fast you might miss it. Very disappointed」
