「From check-in thru check out I can not express enough the professionalism, family friendly staff. Rooms were well kept throughout. Even after a long day out in tge Meru National Forest the welcome back definitely felt true and sincere. Room value was excellent, Staff exceptional and restaurant bar far exceeded most Kenyan experiences. My family and I will definitely be back!」

「建物や設備にやや古さを感じますが、部屋は広く、十分なアメニティーが備わっています。唯一の問題点は、最上階のレストランは、注文してから料理が出るまで１時間以上かかります。また、４人前を同時に出そうとしてためか、冷えたピザが出てきました。チェックインの際に料理の予約をするように説明すべきと思います。」

「Very clean property, rooms are great, the bed is super comfortable. The amenities are newer in bedroom, it also has a digital bathroom mirror that has a heater function. The staff is very courteous, the food is delicious and the complimentary breakfast is such a treat. 」

「Lewa Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all. The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future.」

「I’ve given 5 stars for everything and you still want more? Might take one off for being greedy …. Only slight complaint is about the architects - who puts glass (even frosted) directly between the room and the toilet? However, in the hotels favour - Swiss roll for breakfast! 」

「The hotel doesn't look like the picture, there's no front desk but if you want the price then take your chance. We actually tried to cancel upon arrival and went elsewhere. A very small hotel located off the main road and if you drive too fast you might miss it. Very disappointed」
