"A beautiful, quiet cabin on the lake. If the weather is crummy you still have Gorgeous views of the lake, sunset and waterfowl. We got out on the lake in the paddle boat to explore the lake a little more. Kitchen is fully stocked (with kitchenware). Gocery stores are not too far away so it's pretty easy to pick up anything you may have forgotten. "

"This house was perfect. Was nice to have a place to go in between games. Was clean, had everything we needed. Beautiful sunsets by the fire! Very friendly town here in Britton! "

"The hosts were great--friendly and very responsive when we had a question about anything. We were extremely impressed with how clean this place was. From the floors to the counters and dishes, bathrooms and bedrooms, to even the windows and window SCREENS, the place was immaculate. Very soft towels and bedsheets, lots of extra blankets for lounging or sleeping with. The kitchen is well stocked with everything the listing describes, and then some! The coffee corner was fantastic!Now for the outside. The yard was plush and green, barely a weed or sticker in it. The deck was big and sturdy and had lots of seating for eating or hanging out. 2 docks!! 2 docks to fish and swim from! Having a boat lift is so awesome, we've stayed at lakehouses with a dock, but having a boat lift was so nice. All the extra water toys were such an added plus!We caught so, so many bluegill, a few perch and northern, and quite a few bass, small and largemouth. The water in late July was CLEAR as far down as light would reach, all the way across the lake. My 11 year old caught a 20" smallmouth!! And, oh.... the cookies she had waiting for us in the fridge!!!! "

"We have been staying in VRBO houses for more than 15 years and this house was one of the best. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-enough equipped to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Comfy chairs were abundant. Several outdoor areas were so inviting we almost hung in them in the rain. Nesting birds included warblers and orioles. One note--do NOT try to access the scenic overlook at fort ransom state park when the road is wet!!! We almost did not make it out; the park should put up a sign stating such."
