「We stayed in one of the cabins and loved it! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the option for breakfast and lunch at the clubhouse on property and the "community" events they host are fun for the whole family. We watched "Hook" on a screen waterfront. 「By far the best vacation home we've experienced. They had everything we needed. Restaurants within walking distance. Shopping close by. The beach was a short walk and just beautiful. Will definitely be back. 」

「Beautiful views from the balcony and close to the oceans. The condo was great and it was a very family oriented place to stay. The pool was nice too! The only problem we had was getting in the door with the code from time to time and the sliding glass door was hard to open and close. The living room furniture is very dated but the beds were extremely comfortable. The condo was altogether nice and we will rebook again. 」

「We stayed for a week at the beginning of June. This is a Fantastic property, close to the beach and the pier. The host has included many small touches to make the stay a pleasant vacation. 」

「Such a cozy house. My family really enjoyed our stay!! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood located right by the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Not far from a dollar store, Walmart, multiple restaurants and the beach. The back yard was perfect for the kidos the play outside and for the adults to relax. The rooms were prefect. Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos we needed. Thank you so much for the much needed get away in such a welcoming home. 」

「work was being done on the outside of property where the deck was and blocking our view of the water but because of the price we paid it was not a problem. I was very satisfied and would stay there again. 」

「Our family had a wonderful weeklong stay at this home. Location is great and the home was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the views are amazing. We watched dolphins swimming in the sound and enjoyed fishing off the pier. For us the only negative was the stairs, be prepared for some steep stairs. None the less, it is a great home and we enjoyed our stay.」

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our son enjoyed swimming while my husband and daughter enjoyed laying out on the beach. Can’t wait to come again! 」

「The location of this property had onsight beach access to the sound side, and a 9 min walk to the beach on the gulf side. Quick access to the gas station. Townhouses were older, but inside was nice and clean. It is in a HOA, so there are some rules you have to abide by, but nothing serious. Overall was a great stay, owner of this property gave us full range to use everything in the house which came in handy with kids. Had a small hicup with the pull out couch not having linen, but owner quickly...

「Loved this property! We’ve stayed in several units at Sugar Beach but loved that this one offered 2.5 baths for our family. The unit was clean and set up so nicely. We loved the ease of having beach items/towels to borrow and would definitely stay here again. Great communication from the hosts. Thank you for letting us stay in your space! 」
