「We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Alles was prima en de ruimtes waren goed. Enige wat er niet bij vermeld staat is dat het zwembad niet in dit huis zit maar in een huis 1 straat verder. Hier mag je dan ook niet onbeperkt gebruik van maken. 」

「This apartment was centrally located with the basic necessities for our stay. Only one room with a door that closes, otherwise all the beds are in a common area. Upstairs neighbours are audible. Not sure if this was mentioned in the listing, but the toilet is a separate room with no garbage and no sink - something we have learned is common in France.」

「Just returned from a wonderful stay at Chez Mathilde near Verdun. Annie, our host, was absolutely lovely — so welcoming and friendly, and she even treated us to delicious homemade goodies. The house itself was amazing, full of character with beautiful traditional features and immaculate furnishings throughout. It really felt like a home away from home. The area is fantastic too, with so much history to explore, especially the WWI sites nearby. We’d highly recommend Chez Mathilde to anyone...
