「Clean property, located on highway, polite staff, food is also good.」

「Very neat hotel, friendly staff, quick service, hotel is well located close to the north gate, walkable distance from the temple. We took a four in one room, and it was very convenient. Has a parking for drivers, hotel food is reasonably good, not very expensive. In all recommend it for a clean fuss free stay.」

「The night staff was rude. They were not ready to replace the dirty bed sheet. They did so only after complaining. Remotes of TV and A/C were not working. Restaurant was good. The staff working in restaurant was also good. Location of hotel is near to main temple and just on the sea shore. Hotel does not accept international cards.」

「Hotel was clean, 2 mins walk from Rameswaram railway station. Check-in was smooth and quick. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast had a good spread of South Indian dishes. Filter Coffee and room service was good. Hotel staff are courteous and ready to help with any kind of request. Autos are available throughout the day for a ride to temple or to Dhanushkodi sightseeing」

「場所はバスタ－ミナルの近くで、町の中心にある寺院までオ－トリキシャで7分ほど (５０ルピ－)です。 ホテル内は明るい雰囲気で部屋も広く、掃除が行き届いています。朝食はベジタリアンメニューのビッフェで卵料理はなく、インドの基本的な朝食です。 私達にとって満足できるホテルでした。」

「Don’t book this hotel till they finish renovating, good size rooms but as I said still renovating, dirty towel’s asked them to change but no one cares. Mess every where in the hotel, builders walking around in the lobby, not a good site 」

「The place at best can be rated 2 star. The bathroom was stinking of bad odor. The linen look stale and dirty. The bedsheets were stained. It was a bad experience staying at this place.」

「They switch off hot water supply and ac unit and you have to request them to switch it on. No restaurant. No tea or coffee sachets. They refused initially to give receipt for the 10K they collected earlier. I had to insist many times. No hotel bill given except a receipt. No mineral water provided. You have to buy them. Only one soap and one toothbrush provided for a couple. Ridiculous. 」

「スタッフの対応も悪くなく、部屋も一見すると綺麗で、エアコンもちゃんと動いていて「当たりかな」と思ったが、浴室の天井は抜け落ち崩れ、水が上から垂れ落ちてき、エアコンは調整効かず寒く、何よりベット全体が湿っていて、身体中あちこちダニにかまれて痒みで酷いことになってしまった。インドでは、もっと酷い「はずれ」なホテルもあるので、まだ許容範囲だったか、ダニがとにかくNGで、ホテルには申し訳ないが値段を考えると、どうしても評価下がります。」

「Hotel at rameshwaram was awful, it is very bad.sorry to say this you have not checked the hotel.at madurai hotel was notgood ,it was not starhotel,bed and bedsheets were smelling bad.」

「Toilet seat was broken. Most importantly the booking by Expedia was not reflected in the hotel register. I had to make frantic phone calls to sort out the issue. I was charged 1000 Rs more since I booked thru Expedia 」

「Firstly they don't support online booking. They ask us to call the customer support and give them the phone to talk to so that they can get the website's booking confirmation and invoice etc. Then all sorts of problems begin. They negotiate with us the room and rate etc. In my case my online receipt clearly mentioned 4 bed room, but they said as they don't support online booking( they don't know how their hotel gets listed in the website) and they don't know how/when they will receive payment so...

「The hotel is new and in excellent condition. Locqtion is perfect and very close to temple. Staff also very nice and supportive. Overall perfect stay while visiting temple.」
